The Coles Ripening office/warehouse facility is a 5 Star Greenstar project. The project consists of a two storey operations office and a part refrigerated warehouse operation primarily designed for the ripening process for fruits handled by Coles. The ground floor of the office building incorporates a lunchroom, training room and open office area. The first floor of the building is individual staff offices, boardroom and breakout areas.
